When do you release your appointments for the following month?

    ⁃    Appointments are released every 20th of the month at 8pm GMT.

What if I can no longer attend my appointment?

​

    ⁃    You are free to reschedule once online within the same month of your appointment date. 

    ⁃    If you are a no show or cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of your total balance.

How do I pay?

​

    ⁃    You can pay your balance either with Cash or Card. 

 

Do you offer out of hours or emergency appointments? 

​

    ⁃    Yes we do, there is a waitlist that allows you to request your preferred date and time. If this works for us you will be contacted. 

    ⁃    Please note our out of hours are: Before 10am and after 6pm (Sub-charge of £20)

    ⁃    Emergency appointments are typically on our rest days (Wednesdays and Sundays) at a sub-charge of £60.

Are deposits refundable? 

​

    ⁃    No, all sales are final so please ensure the date, time and terms meet your needs. If unsure prior to booking with us, send a email using the Get in touch option on our homepage.
