Cancellation Policy
We’ve listed below some extra information to know prior to your appointment with me: Lateness - Please let us know in the case you’re running late to your appointment, if you do not notify us at least 30 minutes prior you are at risk of being charged. Plus ones - 0 - 16 months olds are welcome No shows - No shows will be banned and last minute cancellations (under 24hours) will be charged 50% of the service. Payment - Remainder on the day to be paid by card Premium slots - Before 10am and after 6pm & Bank holidays (£20) Same day appointments (£30) -All new appointments released on the 20th of each month-
